Houston movers were the best possible moving company I could have chosen to move my family and me from houston tx to Reno. We interviewed several moving companies in our residence and several others over the phone and via email. 3 van lines came out to our home to give us those estimates and their estimates were all over the map in regards of volume and pricing from 10,000 pounds all the way up to 18,000 pounds and these are the national chains including all you can move and jhon being the highest in terms of weight. I emailed over their estimates to my moving coordinator at all you can move and he went over the paperwork and entered their inventory list into his database and came up with a weight estimate of 14,600 pounds and with the packing added the total price came to $9,000.00 when the others were all over $12,000!! I chose all you can move for several reasons, their better business rating is an A, their reviews are stellar and I can see why and last of all but not most importantly their price was $3,000 less for the same exact service. Now, unlike many people, cost was not the deciding factor in chosing a moving company because my company was picking up the tab for all moving expenses but I wanted a reputable company that I could entrust all of my familys belongings to and be at ease during the course of the move. At 10 am Monday morning the 9th . the 4 man crew (they hired 2 men from the local all you can move the same company I had come do a visual estimate) showed up at my home to prep, fill out paperwork, and load our belongings. The movers that showed up was the agent for my move and all I can say is that the movers were the most professional and totally down to earth movers I have ever met. They were cordial, funny and worked their butts off the whole time while the hired movers packed everything and inventoried all of our items. Well, after the loading they went to the weigh station to weigh our shipment and the next morning we recieved a call from Josh at all you can move to give us our weights and the total cost of our move because we were aware that it could swing either way and be over the estimate or under the estimate. thay told us that the weight was less then the estimate by 900 pounds which deducted $180.00 but my packing was over by $295.00 so my actual price was only over by $115.00. In all, this was the best move and moving company experience we have had yet and we have moved a total of 4 times since we have been married and several others before we met and collectively we could not have hoped for a better move. My reason for posting this reference is to let other people that may be searching for moving companies and quotes that all you can move is an honest company that provided us and obviously judging from their reviews and ratings many others with exceptional service adn I promised that once our move was completed that I would post a review be it negative or positive and we are happy for obvious reasons that it is as positive a review as we could post.

Our fifth move was a charm. Previous moves were paid for by the company my husband worked for, so all the packing, moving, and unpacking was paid for.
Granted, this time, we had to move from houston tx. We packed our own small items and had the movers pack the larger items. We had two weeks to do this before the moving truck came to our house to load the large furniture and heavy items.
Moving day was in mid February. We asked for three people to do the work. One decided what to move first. Another helped him take it out to the truck and the third one placed the items on the truck and carefully padded each piece of furniture with heavy pads. We found that if two people come with the truck, there is a lot of wasted time while one person protects the furniture and the other one waits until the second man can help move the furniture. At our present home, the walks were wet and dirty from heavy rains. The many trees on the property added to the debris on the driveway and walks. Without asking, the movers laid protective rugs and cloths over the floors of the house so that they would not track dirt and moisture inside. They were very careful with all the breakables such as mirrors, glass table tops, and marble table inserts that they took out and moved separately. They did not put scratches on any of the wood surfaces and not one item was damaged in any way. After the move, which is still a chore, we wrote the company a letter thanking them for the wonderful job they did. We would recommend this moving company to anyone. The cost was reasonable and they showed up on time.
They were very pleasant to work with and followed our suggestions on furniture placement. I cannot praise them too highly. Try them and see.

When we were searching for a moving company we did our research and alot of it. We started searching and looking up companies in August for our November move and literally searched about 20 moving reviews websites, better business bureau, rip off websites etc…. We obtained quotes from 20 or somoving companies and most were reputable large vans lines and even had 5 come to visit our home and give us binding estimates. Over the months before our move we were both my wife and I in communication with jhon from all you can move about a dozen times over the phone and countless other times via email and he was by far the most professional young man and the most knowledgable and not to mention the quickest to answer our concerns whether it was during business hours or after close of business via internet. Their pricing was structered much more fairly than the vans lines that came to our home and that was a little concerning to us and he simply explained, that they usually overestimate clients weights and give a guaranteed price on that weight when they know for certain that the client is well under that weight. He also told us that many companies underestimate clients weights and once they pick them up they then double and in some cases triple or more their pricing once the client is on the truck. Her also warned us about cubic feet companies and their tactics as well. The first vans lines representitive gave us a binding quote based on 22,000 lbs. priced at just under $15,000 with packaging services, the second was 19,000 lbs. for a little under $13,000 with partial packaging and the third and fourth were both around the 20,000 lb. mark at $13,500 and $16,000 respectively with packaging services. jhon took their inventory lists that a few of them provided and his weight estimate came to 17,300 lbs. and with full packaging it came to $11025. As skeptical as we were we really trusted Eric as he was not only the nicest and most attentitive but he also told us that we could have someone present to view the weighings of the truck at both ends. We agreed to the contract and went ahead with americas moving services for our move and set a date for November 12th or the 13th. Three days prior to the move Josh from all you can move customer care division contacted us and confirmed pick up for the 12th and let us know that the driver would be calling us within the next day or two with the exact day and actually aaron called us later that day and confirmed it would be the 12th early int he moring to begin packaging our items. On the 12th he did arrive as promised at 7am with 2 helpers from all you can move to our home and they were also outstanding and very careful and did a wonderful job packaging everything without a problem. It took all day for the packaging and loading and they finished and were on their way and they told us to our surprise that since they only had one other move on the truck that we filled them up and they would be doing a delivery in Iowa and would be onto our new home in Wisconsin within 3 or 4 days. Like clockwork they did arrive 4 days later and with even better news, not only did they package less boxes then anticipated, our weight was nearly 1,000 lbs less then jhon estimated and even though .20 was deducted from our bill, we wound up paying nearly $1,400 less and if that’s not honest service I don’t know what is. We have only moved twice in our lifetime and are probably never going to move again, but, rest assured if we do or anybody that we know for that matter does, it will definately be all you can move that gets their business. We wound up tipping the gentleman $1,000 between the two of them and still saved several hundred dollars. Could not have gone better no matter who we chose
