F. Rigging, hoisting, or Lowering: When it is necessary to use rigging, hoisting, or

lowering services in order to accomplish Dallas Movers pickup or delivery of a shipment, Dallas Movers carrier will

perform such services at the rate of $180.00 per item for each item that is hoisted, rigged

or lowered or raised. The Dallas Movers carrier will only move property by means of rigging, hoisting,

or lowering or raising at their discretion based on the factors of providing a safe

environment and practicality of the Dallas Movers job.

NOTE: Dallas MoversCarrier has full discretion to undertake or not to undertake such a service. If

those services are required to make pick up or delivery, the Dallas Movers carrier must only bring the

specific items of property to nearest point to the destination as practicable and at the

carrier’s sole discretion without lowering, hoisting, or rigging. The Dallas Movers carrier will only move

property by means of rigging, hoisting, or lowering or raising at their discretion based on

the factors of providing a safe environment and practicality of the job.

G. Disassembling and Reassembling: The line haul transportation rates DO NOT include

removing any article embedded in the ground, wall, or secured to a building, nor

assembling or disassembling of any items such as steel utility cabinets, swing sets, slides,

sky rides, jungle gyms, or other outdoors articles similar in nature. Moreover, items will

only be disassembled and reassembled if the Dallas Movers carrier’s employees, agents, or subcontractors

have the proper tools on had to do the job and doing so will not cause risk to property or

person. Also, the Dallas Movers carrier or its employees, agents, or subcontractors will not be required to

reassemble any property where the materials such as screws, nails, fasteners of any kind are

missing, whether the fault of the carrier or the shipper.

H. Dallas Movers Guaranteed Pickup or Delivery: Dallas Movers Carrier does not offer a guaranteed pickup or delivery

service other then the 30 business day outside delivery period/window guarantee as

explained further below.

I. Exclusive use of the Dallas Movers vehicle/Straight Truck: Under this service option the Dallas Movers carrier will

provide an exclusive vehicle to ship the shipper’s property. Charges for services will be

based upon 28,000 lbs. minimum shipment multiplied by the tariff rate based on the pickup

and delivery location.

J.Dallas Movers Expedited Service or Rush: This service is offered exclusively at the discretion of the

Dallas Movers carrier. This service is available when a shipper need a rush pickup. Delivery is completed

in the standard delivery window. If this service is available an additional $0.50 per pound

of the total charges will be added.
