. • Dallas Movers Shuttle Service - used if the assigned over-the-road van is unable to make a normal
pickup or delivery because of physical constraints (extremely narrow road, inadequate parking area for the Dallas Movers truck, weak bridge, etc.). A shuttle service is the use of a secondary, smaller Dallas Movers vehicle to complete the pickup or delivery. Charges for this service are based on the weight of the shipment and the location where the service is performed.
• Dallas Movers Full-Service Packing - rates that apply based on the weight of the shipment when the Dallas Movers carrier is requested by shipper to pack the complete shipment. The full-service packing rates include cartons and packing labor. .
• Dallas Movers Weight Additive - In some cases your inventory may takeup more space than the Department of Transportation industry standard of 1 Cubic Foot = 7
Pounds. To compensate for this inequity, our tariff provides a schedule of additional cost. All Boxes should be packed by owner unless packing services are requested. Please Note: Packing materials and Labor will be charged according to usage. If you need packing services please notify your Sales Representative. Weight: The Dallas Movers will weigh the Dallas Movers truck, before and after the items have been loaded at a government regulated weigh station. Customer has permission to join our team to the nearest weight station to receive Certified WeightCertificate. A copy of the Certified Weight Certificate will be provided to thecustomer at the time of delivery. Credit Card Payment Procedure: If paying via a credit card 100% of the cost of your move will be authorized. A 3% Convenience fee will be added to the total invoice for any form of payment other than Cash
