Dallas Movers Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dallas Movers allow you to reschedule your job as many times as you need without penalty. You may cancel your order for shipment with no penalty by providing notice to Dallas Movers Office at least 4 Business days prior to your scheduled pickup date by the Dallas Movers. Notice must be given to Dallas Movers in writing via fax,electronic mail or postal mail. Cancellation notice is not accepted by telephone. You must  provide the Dallas Movers  your order number, full name, telephone number, scheduled date of pickup and origin and destination addresses. Cancellations given without a 4 Business days notice, will forfeit the deposit paid for that job. No refunds of the deposit will be given by the Dallas Movers in this instance. 50% of the Estimate or $300 which ever is greater will be charged to your credit-card on file. Your estimated price is based on the inventory provided by you to the Dallas Movers . In the event your inventory for shipment has changed,Dallas Movers All You Can Move, LLC. will provide you with a revised new estimate to reflect you changes. In the event you decide that you do not agree with the new revised estimate to reflect your adjusted inventory list, you agree to forfeit the deposit made to Dallas Movers All You Can Move, LLC. for Truck, Crew and Space Reserved for your order from your place of origin to your place of destination.

Rate Schedule (formula) Conversion to cubic weight from cubic feet, and visa versa, will be based on a multiple of 7. For example: 1,400 lbs will be charged at a rate equal to [7 ÷ 1,400 lbs. = 200 cu.ft] 200 cu.ft. will be charged at a rate equal to [200 cu.ft x 7 = 1,400 lbs.]
