Dallas Movers Limitation of Liability

A. Articles Packed by Owner and other limitations of liability: Since the Dallas Movers carrier cannotcontrol whether proper packing methods are used, on boxes packed by the owner as well as pressed wood (particle board) furniture, liability is waived. The Dallas Movers carrier cannot not be held liable for any damage to internal electronic or mechanical items, whether they are packedor unpacked by the Dallas Movers carrier or by the shipper. The Dallas Movers carrier has the right to inspect and repair any alleged damage and provides no coverage for cosmetic damage to any items.

The Dallas Movers carrier cannot be held liable or negligent for any damage to the interior or exterior of any residence including, but not limited to walls, floors, ceilings, landscaping, etc.

B. Notice of Loss/Damage; Time Bar. Unless notice of loss or damage and the general nature of such loss or damage be given in writing tothe Dallas Movers Carrier at time of delivery of the goods to Shipper, such delivery shall be prima facie evidence of the receipt by Shipper of the goods as described in the Dallas Movers Bill of Lading. The Dallas Movers Carrier shall in any event be discharged from all liability whatsoever in respect of the goods, unless suit is brought in the proper forum and written notice thereof received by the Dallas Movers Carrier within nine months after delivery of thegoods or the date the goods should have been delivered.

C. Exceptions to the Dallas Movers Carrier Liability. Neither the Dallas Movers Carrier nor the Vessel shall be responsible for loss or damage arising or resulting from (a) Act of God; (b) Act of War;.(c) Act of public enemy; .(d) Fire (e) perils, dangers and accidents of the sea or other navigable water; (f) inherent defect, quality or vice of the goods; (g) goods
